Activity

Villa Elena is available for cultural activities, retreats, spiritual exercises, conferences, and refresher courses.

It also offers hospitality to parish and association groups for formative moments of their own.

The Villa has:

  • An 80-seat hall

  • A 40-seat hall

  • A large chapel (120 seats) can be transformed into a multipurpose hall

  • Several small rooms and indoor and outdoor spaces for small group meetings

The Elena da Persico Foundation annually offers cultural and spiritual initiatives.

Two regular events in spring and fall are the annual Conferences, also organized with other associations and organizations in the area, on current social and political issues.

Other spiritual proposals include “lectio” and prayer meetings, with reflections on the Word, held by Don Franco Mosconi, a Camaldolese monk.

Villa Elena da Persico

Villa Elena was once the residence of Elena da Persico
(Journalist 1869-1948).

Starting in the early 20th century, Elena organised opportunities for interaction and education in response to the cultural and social needs of her time. Now, the villa continues her work of a cultural, spiritual and ecclesial nature: it is host to conferences held annually by the Elena da Persico Foundation and other Veronese associations; throughout the year, it offers a Scripture reading course.
